St. Gallen. — Kaiser Otio (H) ertheilt wie seine Vorfahren und sein Vater Kaiser Otto (I) dem Kloster St. Gallen die Immunität, die freie Abtwahl, das Recht der Eidesforderung vor Gericht (coactum juraroentum) und nimmt es in seinen Schutz (sub nostra tuitionis immunitate).
