1249. 1016. (Ego Auselmus seripsi Tietmari vice cancellarii, luna XXIX. Henrico
(II) rege régnante quarto decimo). — Burcard, Abt und Propst von St. Maurice (im Wallis),
verleiht (concederemus per prestariam) an Theoderich, an dessen Gattin Lietburg und an
Wilhelm, Baldemars Sohn und an dessen Kinder Grundbesitz von (der Abtei) St. Maurice
(quandam terram saneti mauricii); er liegt im Gau Chablais (in pago caput lacense) in dem
Orte Alaver von Fontana caprcola bis zum Fels Heve und zu Aquam sonnas. Sie entrichten für
denselben einen jährlichen Zins von zwei Solidi an St. Mauritiustag. Turin, Staabsarch.
