Speier. — König Heinrich III. schenkt der bischöflichen Kirche von Basel unter Bischof Theoderich, um ihrer Armuth mit seinen Gütern zu Hilfe zu kommen (paupertati ejus de bonis nostri juris aliquantum consulere deerevimus), die ihm zu Eigen gehörige Grafschaft Augst (Augusta) in den Gauen Ougestgowe und Sisgowe, zu Eigen.
