Ulm. — Kaiser Konrad (II) stellt das von seinem Getreuen (fidelis) Reginbert gestiftete Kloster St. Blasien im Schwarzwald am Flusse Alb wegen der Beunruhigung desselben durch böse Menschen (malitiosi homines) von Reginbert hiefür gebeten, unter die bischöfliche Kirche in Basel, bestätigt dessen Besitz und enthebt es der Gewalt jedes weltlichen Herrn. — .Gerbert, Hist. silv. nigr. 3, 21.
