    Nos conventus beate Marie Virginis de Kolus Monostura memo- rie commendamus universis per presentes. Quod nostram accedens presentiam Keminus fllius Mikula de Kolota confessus est, pariter- que retulit, quod quia ipse hujus vite solatio ob prolium defectum destitueretur, et quia ipsum monasterium in Gewru Monostura per progenitores suos pia liberalitate exstructum, per invasionem et rapinas Tartarorum superioribus annis nonnibil deformatum, destruc- tumque, quin imo preciosis etiam suis ornamentis penitus fere exutum sciat, liinc. quo solatii saltem vite eterne et premiorum particeps redderetur, et id in gloriam Dei, et ejus sanctorum iterum recrescat, quod pie fundatum exstitit, molendinum suum super fluvio Zumus habitum cum omnibus usibus et emolumentis, item duas piscinas prope viam publicam habitas eidem monasterio in laudem Dei omni- potentis, et anime sue refrigerium perpetuo donaverit, et contuleriL Datum feria V proxima post festum beate Michaelis Arch.
