    Vniuersis Christi fidelibus capitulum ecclesie beati Michaelis Transsiluane, salutem in salutis auctore. Ad uniuersorum noticiam barum serie uolumus peruenire, quod Moys comes filius Alberti magni in nostram constitutus presenciam pro se et pro fratribus suisJohanne uidelicet et Alberto quandam terram suam empticiam Tychen Sent Martun uocatam iuxta minoremKuquellevsitam dedit donavitet contulit seruienti suo Paulo fratri Des, cum propter fidelia seruicia eiusdem Pauli,tum propter pecunie quantitatem receptis uidelicet quinquaginta marcis ab eodem, perpetuo iure possidendam, promittens se et suos fratres contra hanc donacionem, tradicionem seu uendicionem, nullo
