Innocentius episcopus servus servorum dei dilecto filio prepositoa Sancti Ypoliti salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Cum a nobis petitur quod iustum est et honestum, tam vigor equitatis quam ordo exigit rationis, ut id per sollicitudinem officii nostri ad debitum perducatur effectum. Eapropter, dilecte in domino fili, tuis iustis precibus inclinati personam tuam cum omnibus bonis tam ecclesiasticis quam mundanis, que inpresentiarum iuste ac pacifice possides aut infuturum iustis modis deo propitio poteris adipisci, sub beati Petri et nostra protectione suscipimus et presentis scripti patrocinio comunimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre protectionis infringere vel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se noverit incursurum. Datum Rome apud Sanctum Petrum II. idus Januarii, pontificatus nostri anno octavo.
