Innocentius episcopus servus servorum dei venerabili fratri Heinrico episcopo Kymensi salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Tuae fraternitatis obtentu tuam volentes honorare personam et per exhibitum tibi honorem aliis providere‚ dispensandi cum duobus clericis tuis qui dono scientiae ac vitae meritis gratiae se coaptent, quod eorum quilibet praeter ecclesiastica beneficia quae cum cura obtinet adhuc unum beneficium ecclesiasticum et‚ si nullum ipsi vel aliquis eorum habet, duo beneficia ecclesiastica‚ etiamsi curam animarum habeant, possit‚ si ei canonice offerantur in Salzburgensi provincia et dioecesi, constitutione generalis concilii super hoc edita non obstante, recipere ac libere retinere‚ auctoritate tibi praesentium concedimus facultatem‚ proviso ut beneficia huiusmodi debitis non fraudentur obsequiis et animarum cura in eis nullatenus negligatur.
