In nomine domini amen. Que geruntur in nostro tempore, ut firmiora permaneant, litterarum solent et testium memoria confirmari. Notum igitur sit omnibus Christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris ad quos pervenerit presens scriptum, quod ego Ofmya relicta Rudolfi de Potendorf de consensu et bona voluntate filiorum meorum Rudolfi, Chunradi, Hainrici, Sibotonis, Alhaidis quoque et Ofmye filiarum mearum in remedium anime predicti Rudolfi mariti mei et progenitorum nostroruma quatuor beneficia in villa Gravendorf iuxta fluvium Pyela, que ad me iure proprietatis pertinebant, ecclesie sancti Ypoliti et fratribus ibidem deo famulantibus in ius et proprietatem dedi eorum usibus perpetuo profutura. Si quis igitur hanc meam donacionem adtemptaverit infirmare, in die districti iudicii dampnatus a domino cum iniquis recipiat portionem. Insuper ut hec mea donacio firmior et stabilior perseveret, presentem litteram sigillis venerabilis patris domini Ottonis Pataviensis episcopi, domini nostri Otachri incliti regis Boemie, domini Ottonis abbatis in Lilienvelde‚ Ulrici de Pilheldorf et meo feci proprio communiri. Et sunt hii testes: dominusb Otto Pataviensis episcopus, dominus Otto abbas in Lilienvelde, magister Wilchelmus plebanus in Potendorf, Ulricus de Pilheldorf, Ulricus de Vihoven, Johannes de Merswanch et alii quam plures. Acta et data in Lilienvelde, anno domini MCCLXIII.
