Ego Rapoto de Valchenberch pincerna Austrie notum esse cupio tam presentibus quam futuris, quod, cum dominus noster O. dei gracia Boemorum rex causam super quadam vinea sitaa in monte dicto Puhel quam officiales sui nomine suo sibi atraxerant et quam prepositus simul et conventus Sancti Yppoliti ad eos allegabant pertinere, dapifero suo Friderico de Lengenpach terminandam recomiteret, qui, cum eandem causam sagaciter discuciendo terminaret, itaquod per iuris sentencias dicta vinea domino preposito et conventui diiudicaretur sicut actenus possidenda, dominus noster rex processumtalis iudicii volens habere stabilem atque ratam, domino preposito et conventui literas suas sigillis suisb tradidit roboratas precipiens omnibus esse notorium,c quod factum sive processum sui dapiferi Friderici de Lengenpach super vinea supradictad ab eo sibi recomissum inviolabilem tenere vellet et inconvulsum.e Quare ipsum prepositum et conventum ex mandato et voluntate domini nostri regis inpossessionem eiusdem vinee posui corporalem. Ne igitur in posterumsuper eo domino preposito et conventui scrupulus oriri possit questionis vel dubii de supramissis, literam meam ipsis in testimonium evidens sigillo meo convulsamf tradidi hanc patentem.
