Bischof Bernhard von Passau schenkt dem Stifte zu seinem Seelenheile ein Haus in der Klostergasse, wozu der Probst gewisse Einkünfte zu Mitterfeld und St. Pölten beisteuert.

    Nos Wernhardus dei gracia ecclesie Pataviensis episcopus presentibus confitemur coram universis presentiarum inspecturis‚ quod nos de salutis nostre augmento solliciti et volentes terrena felici commercio in celestia permutare, domum nostram sitam in Strata claustri in civitate nostra Ypolitensi, quam olim plebanatus wiennensis regentes officium pecunia nostra propria comparavimus,a dilecto in Christo fratri domino Ekkardo preposito et ecclesie sue Ypolitensi donavimus et tradidimus tenendam habendam et proprietatis titulo perpetuo possidendam, sic ut secundum ordinacionem nostrum inb aliis nostris litteris expressam nostra debeat fieri memoria in Ypolitensi ecclesia in eternum et fratribus ecclesie Ypolitensis consolacio; ad quam perficiendam predictus prepositus decem solidorum redditus sitos in Miterveld‚ item sex solidorum redditus in civitate Ypolitensic perpetuo deputavit. Et ne nostra donacio et ordinacio suprascripte in erroris recidere scrupulum valeant, präsentes dedimus litteras nostro sigillo munitas.
