    Vlricus Molitoris de Lypcz in decretis baccalarius executor statutorum pro- vincialiura per et infra civitatem et diocesim Merseburgensem specialiter deputatus nee non vicarius in spiritualibus nee non officialis curiae episcopalis Merseburgensis venerabili viro domino Johanni praeposito sancti Thomae in Lypcz ceterisque dominis plebanis ac divinorura rectoribus aliisque presbyteris curatis et non curatis ibidem constitutis in domino salutem. Cum providi et circumspecti viri domini proconsules

    et consules ac totus consulatus civitatis Lypczensis pro se et familiaribus suis coniunctim et divisim paratos se obtulerunt stare iuri unicuique de eis conquerenti coram reverentlo in Christo patre et domino domino Jolianne episcopo Merseburgensi, qua de re ex commissione speciali praetacti domini episcopi nos executor et ofticialis antedictus memoratos dominos proconsules consules et eorum familiäres ac etiam iudicera, si et in quantum sententias canonum et excommunicationis propter iniectio- nem maniuun ac etiam captivationem et detentionem discreti Nicolai Wuluerstorp n .^i. acoliti et clerici Nuniburgensis diocesis incidissent qnovismodo, ex tunc eosdem ad cautelam absolvimus et absolutos ostendinius hinc et festum natalis Christi inclusive, quos medio tempore ad divina admittere et recipere ac eosdem minime evitare curetis et studeatis. Datum Merseburg anno domini M°CCCC° qninquagesimo quarto die Mercurii decima octava Septembris. Executoris sub sigillo praesentibus subimpresso.
