    In nomine Domini . Amen. Ortolfus divina miseracione prepo- situs Monasterii beate Marie Virginis in Newburga — ad perpetuam rei memoriam. Quamquam condicionis humane fragilitas (wie anno 1353) nichil est salubrius, quam spretis mundi illecebris de futuris cogitare, et de rebus transitoriis eterne felicitatis premia compor- tare. Hac igitur consideracione inducti, Nos et dilectus nobis in Christo Canonicus et confrater noster Marquardus Magister Iufir- morum altare in Infirmaria nostra situm in honore sanctarum vir- ginum et martirum Barbare et Margarethe de beneplacito Venerandi in Christo patris et domini, domini nostri Gotfridi. patav. Episcopi consecratum, De Vnanimi consensu fratris nostri Nicolai Decani ae tocius conventus nostri fundare et dotare curavim.us bonis infra scriptis. In primis igitur donamus ad predictum altare vineam in Reithngraben medium iuger — Item vineam in superiori ernn prope vineam Gundoldi tria octalia habentem. Item in superiori Gereutt vnam vineam quartale continentem iuxta vineam Johannis Ludrern. Postremo domum ex opposito Claustri monialium vicinam domui relicte Hagenprunnerin — In quorum omnium et singulorum Testi monium nostrum et nostri Conventus sigilla presentibus sunt appensa. Datum anno Domini Millesimo Trecentesimo Quinquagesimo Sexto In Vigilia Epiphanie Domini.
