    Innocentius episcopus etc. dilecto filio Johanni canónico Misnensi, salutem etc. Etsi propter ambitiones quorumdam etc. Cum igitur de morum honéstate, conver- satione laudabili ac litterarum scientia commendaris: nos ob hoc nee non obtentu dilecti filii nobilis viri Iantgravii Turingiae pro te nobis instantissime supplicantis, volentes tibi faceré gradara specialem, tecum quod plura ecclesiastica beneficia curam aniniaruni habentia, si tibi canonice offerantur, libere recipere valeas ac licite retiñere, consti tutione non obstante praedicta, auctoritate apostólica dispensamus, proviso — —■) negligatur.
