    Nos Johannes dei gratia episcopus ecclesiae Missnensis recognoseimus et tenore praesentium publice profitemur, quod locationi, qua magister Theodericus deca- nus iam dictae ecclesiae nostrae Missnensis et cappellanus in Wassirburg Nycolao dicto Wendephach piscatori, suisque heredibus iure enphiotico locavit quandam domum cum horto eidem adiacenti pro certa annua pensione ei qui pro tempore dietam cap- pellam possèdent danda, sicut in litteris eidem Wendephach datis plenius continetur, consentimus ipsamque ratificamus et approbamus per praesentes. In cuius rei testi monium sigillum nostrum praesentibus duximus appendendum. Datum in castro nostro episcopali Stolpin anno domini millesimo CCCm0. LLILI0. octava die mensis Januarii.

    Et nos Johannes de Strelis praepositus totumque capitulum ecclesiae Miss nensis praedietae locationi huiusmodi domus et horti ut praemittitur, nostrum ad- hibuimus expressum consensum et adhibemus per praesentes, et in testimonium huius modi nostri consensus sigillum nostri capituli praesentibus duximus appendendum anno et die quibus supra.

    Nach dem Orig. im Stiftsarchiv zu Meissen mit dem beschadigteu Siegel des Bischofs und dem wohl- erhaltenen des Capitels an Pergamentstreifen.
