    In nomine domini amen. Nos Fridericus dei gratia Turingiae lantgravius, Misnensis et Orientalis marebio dominusque terrae Plisnensis tenore praesentium recognoseimus et dilucide protestamur, quod bonorem et profectum Misnensis ecclesiae sincera fide et devoto animo in quibuseunque possumus beneneiis promoveré intendentes, ipsamque in suis libertatibus ac iuribus fovere cupientes, omnia privilegia, iura, liber- tates, gratias, donationes, concessiones quantumeunque speciales, praerogativas, indul- siones apostólicas et imperiales a primaeva sui fundatione usque nunc et per nos in antea

    concedendas, et speeialiter donationes karissimi avi nostri Friderici imperatoris ac pro- genitorum nostrorum concessas favorabiliter et gratiose speciali muñere, nostri princi palis potestate, bona volúntate et mera liberalitate gratas et ratas habere volumus, nihilominus ipsam in eisdem conservare bona fide promittimus in his scriptis, tanto eftícacius eiusdem ecclesiae promotionibus insudantes, ut reformatione diligenti ea quae in laesionem ipsius per nostros advocatos olim perpetrata dinoscuntur, fideliter et dili- gentius reformentur. In cuius rei certitudinem ampliorem praesens scriptum conscribi fecimus et sigilli nostri robore firmiter communiri, praesentibus nobilibus viris Her. et Heinrico comitibus de Orlamunde sororiis nostris dilectis, Meinhero buregravio Mis- ncnsi, magistro Walthero nostrae curiae prothonotario et aliis quam pluribus fide dignis. Datum Misnae anno domini millesimo CCC°. VIIIo. XIIo. Kalendas Septembris.
