    Salutatione amicabili praemissa honorabiles devoti dilecti, significamus vobis quod honorabili viro domino Henrico de Osschatz cappellano nostro continuo et com- mensali devoto et sincere dilecto ad ecclesiam Czilawensem primarias dederimus preces nostras. Quare serosius requirimus vos omnes et singulos, quatenus propter praemissa convocationem inter vos faciatis ipsumque dominum Henricum ipsarum precum nostra- rum primariarum intuitu ad primam praebendam vacaturam, quam ipse elegit acceptan- dam, sine contradictione et difficultate, prout alii in aliis nostrae diocesis collegiis apud antecessores nostros super huiusmodi precibus sunt admissi, pacifice admittatis, nec contra huiusmodi laudabiles consuetudines inconcusse servatas per intrusum quem- piam aut per optionem vestram impedientem aliter non facturi, ne de vobis tamquam antiquarum libertatum et consuetudinum ecclesiae nostrae interceptoribus cogamur que- rulari. Datum ut supra.
