    Ego Ditmarus dictus de Paumbgarten presencium profiteor vni- uersis, quod de consensu filiorum meorum Dyetrici et Dyetmari pro remedio anime mee, progenitorum successorumque meorum donaui et tra- didi monasterio sanete crucis abbati et fratribus ibidem deo seruientibus duorum talentorum redditus in villa, que dicitur in nider Leyz, super manso, qui dicitur Walchuni, et quadam area Pertoldi secundum quod ad me proprietatis titulo pertinebant, tradidi inquam iure perpe tuo possidendos tali condicione annexa, quod eorumdem duorum talen torum LX. denarios singulis annis tempore vite mee ex nunc predicti abbas et fratres annis singulis recipere tenebuntur in possessionis et donacionis mee euidens argumentum; post vite vero mee decessum pre dicti duorum talentorum redditus integraliter extunc et in posterum monasterio persoluentur. Debent quoque predicti abbas et conuentus ex huius pacti debito, postquam ipsis mors mea fuerit nunciata, per se ipsos et vecturam suam propriam, vbicumque infra terre istius limi tes inuentus fuero, corpus meum recipere cum panno bono pro funeris

In huius rei testimo nium presentem litteram fecimus nostri sigilli munimine eommuniri.
