Circa 1230.— Andreas, König von Ungarn, beauftragt die Waldaufseher seiner Burgen Wiselburg und Odenburg, die Abbtei heiligen Kreuz in dem Besitze des Gutes der Bissener gegen die Söhne Ulrich's von Trautmannsdorf und gegen Ulrich von Wülfleinsdorf zu schützen.

    Ego A. dei gratia Hungarie, Dalmatie, Chroatie, Servie, Rame- que rex omnibus speculatoribus et custodibus siluarum tam presenti- bus quam futuris mossoniensis ac supruniensis castri pacem ac salutem in perpetuum. Cum omnes progenitores nostri domum sanete crueis in Austria dilexerint semper ac fouerint, ego magis illis teneor, et omne, quod utilitati eorum conducit et paci, intendere semper exopto. Hinc est, quod, cum sua nobis conquestione proposuissent tribulationes, quibus eos filii Vlrici de Trutmannesdorf et Vlricus de Wuluelinsdorf affligunt, uobis magis quam illis indignatus sum, quo- niam, cum tales coercere deberetis, non solum id non facitis, sed etiam, ut dicitur, res eorum indebite accipientes predium byssenorum maiori ex parte ab eis tulistis fratribus, quibus presidio esse debuistis. Vnde uobis sub obtentu gratie nostre precipimus, quatinus omnes terminos byssenorum ipsis fratribus defendatis, et, si quis de cetero metas eorum tam in siluis quam pascuis sine uoluntate inuadere fratrum presumat, et pecora abigatis et parti eorum uiriliter assistatis. Alio- quin, si querimoniam eorum quiescere non feceritis, et meum con- temptum et sepedictorum iniuriam fratrum in uos acrius uindicabor.
