    In nomine sanete et individue Trinitatis. Hermannus Baben- bergensis Episcopus. Si de temporalibus nostris eis, qui pauperes spiritu, consolationem impendimus, Regni Celestis, quod ipsorum est, heatitudinem eorum interventu nos adepturos speramus in Domino. Unde petitioni dilecti fratris nostri Friderici venerabilis Abbatis de Aspach lihenter acquiescentes nóvale quoddam, quod ville sue Eich- perch secus nemus nostrum Hochenhart adiacet, tres videlicet man sos, quos Uto, Adelger, Regenhprt, Wernhart possident, ei et Eccle- sie sue Aspach manu potestativa tradidimus, ut fratres ibidem Deo Annulantes et homines eorum incommoditate, quam hactenus habue- runt, careant et nostri memoriam sive in vita sive in morte in oratio- nibus semper habeant. quod ut omni tempore ratum et inconvulsum permaneat, presentem Kartam inde conscribi et sigillo nostro insigniri preecpimus. Testes huius rei sunt Gotepoldus Capellanus, Rapoto Comes de Ortenberch, Oudalricus de Haselpach, Berenger de Gun- zendorf, Otto Pincerna, Eppo de Wintere, Gotzwinus et Gotebol t de Osterhoven, Chunrad de Schambach, Wernhart de Pilnaw, Wernhart Vilicus de Eringen et alii quam plures.
