Cum paupertas domus vestre interdum requirat, vt || pro vtilitatibus seu necessitatibus aliquibus ecclesie vtiliter procurande1 exire cogamini, vobis, vt hoc ipsum cum honesta societate et ex causis vtilibus et honestis licite possitis facere, auctoritate qua fungimur concedimus facultatem: prouiso, vt id raro et taliter faciatis, vt nullum inde animarum pericu- lum vel scandalum debeat exoriri.
