    Hinricus dei gratia Comes de aldenburch.1 Omnibus hoc scriptum intuenti- bus Salutem. Nouerint uniuersi, quod nos ciuitatem Lubicensem in nostram susce- pimus protectionem et ducatum. Insuper singulis et universis in predicta Ciuitate commorantibus, terminos nostri ducatus et iuriditionis nostre transire uolentibus, Fir- mum dedimus ducatum pro nobis et pro omnibus ad nostram uoluntatem facere ac dimittere uolentibus, saluis rebus et personis, transeundi sub tali forma, quod nos et omnes, qui in nostro sunt seruicio uel fuerunt, pro eis et ipsorum amicis sint securi, et ipsi litteras suas patentes super eo ante festum Jacobi nobis transmittant, sigillo Ciuitatis Lubicensis consignatas.
