    peruenerit, salutem in omnium saluatore. Ad notitiam vni||uersorum cupimus deue- nire, quod honesti viri hinricus de Nestwede et Marquardus de Cusjjfeld, Burgenses Lubicenses, Centum et viginti marcas denariorum monete Lubicensis, quas ex parte domine Margarete de Cusfelde habuerunt in commisso ad redditus compa- randos, in villam Surestorpe locauerunt fideliter sub hac forma, vt diebus vite alburgis, filie eiusdem margarete, nostre Sororis, ipsis hinrico et marquardo, Johanni nigro et Bernardo de Cusfelde, vel post eorum obitum, quibus idem in hac parte commiserint vices suas, presentare teneamur de claustro nostro singulis annis octo Marcas denariorum in festo Sancti Martini, quicquid eciam aduenerit dicte ville, sine contradictione qualibet, expedite. Postquam vero terminauerit alburgis prenominata cursum vite presentis, ex tunc ipsas octo marcas dictis per- sonis cessabimus erogare, sed apud Ecclesiam nostram libere et quiete, sine cuius- quam impetitione, de cetero permanebunt, tali tamen conditione, vt perpetuis temporibus et quolibet anno cum tribus marcis denariorum in anniuersario ipsius Margarete, et cum tribus marcis in anniuersario mariti sui, hinrici de Cusfelde, Conuentui nostro karitatiuam refectionem, seu festiuum seruicium procuremus. Sed de duabus marcis residuis tenemur doininabus nostri conuen- tus egentioribus, parentum auxiLo destitutis, ad emendationes calciamentorum et vestium subuenire, quatenus per has consolationes in missis pro defunctis et vigiliis, quibus in eorum distinctis anniuersariis perpetuo sumus astricte, ad exorandum pro earum salute deuotius attendamur. Addicientes propter ineuitabilem memoriam premissorum, vt prefatis personis omnibus et singulis adhuc viuentibus, et post illorum obitum heredibus eorum proximis, conscientibus hiis et illis, tam de seruiciis distinctis, quam de distributione pecunie facienda inter egentiores dominas, integralibus summis ad quodlibet deputatis, modis per omnia prehabitis teneamur fideliter sine deficientia temporis ordinare. In cuius rei testimonium pre- sens scriptum, sigillis venerabilis patris et domini nostri, Johannis Lubicensis Episcopi, Reuerendi patris, . .
