    Borwinus dei gratia dominus de Rozstok. Vniuersis christi fidelibus pre- sentem paginam inspecturis || In perpetuum. Innotescat omnibus tam presentibus quam futuris, quod dissensio, que inter || nos et lubecenses hactenus uersabatur, ex instinctu et dilectione fratris nostri, Domini || Johannis Magnopolensis, et ipsorum Burgensium totaliter est sopita, et hanc composicionem ydoneorum inscripcione testium et sigilli nostri mummine duximus roborandam. Testes hii aderant: Domi- nus Johannes de snakenburg, Godefridus dapifer noster, Chotanus, Thidericus de suthdorp, Johannes de swerz, Dazghezlauus, Rotcherus de Kischin, Johannes de proeynz et alij quam plures. Acta sunt hec anno gratie M CC XLIIII. Datum in rozstok per manus Johannis notarij nostri, sexto nonas Maii.
