    CCLII.

Aos Conradus dei gratia Olomucensis episcopus, recognoscimus et ad universorum noticiam volumus tam presentium, quam futurorum tenore presentium peruenire: Quod con- stitutus in presentia nostra discretus vir, magister Conradus de Bourowicz, molendinator noster in Ketschir, quoddam instrumentum felicis memcrie domini Brunonis, olim episcopi Olomucensis, predecessoris nostri confectum et traditum super iuribus ipsius molendini et per vetustatem et inprouidam conseruationem attritum nobis exhibuit in hec verba: In nomine domini amen. Cunctorum. ... dt. in Chremsir 1275. — (Vide T. V.p.258. n.XLVII.) — Et quia formidans se propter vetustatem et destructionem huiusmodi instrumenti in iuribus dicti molendini in posterum inpediri, supplicauit sibi idem instrumentum per nos gratiosius innouari, et super eo nichilominus prouideri. Nos igitur suis instantiis iustis et rationabilibus benignius inclinati, predictam donationem modo premisso factam, ratam habentes et gratam innouamus, approba- mus et auctoritate nostra ordinaria fauorabiliter ad sempiternam rei memoriam confirmamus, sigillum nostrum presentibus in testimonium appendendo. Datum in Ketschir anno domini Millesimo trecentesimo vicesimo tercio, VI. Idus Octobris.
