In nomine sanete et individue trinitatis. Boppo Comes \ de Wertheim, pax, victoria, regnumque perhenne Christi \:i ecclesie felieiter permaneant. Quia ea, que in mundo sunt agili fluxu et celeri cursu euneta pretereant, et ea, que non sunt, superveniant, mirandum non est, si mortalium facta quasi cum ipsis morientia recedunt et quasi non fuerint, sie universa erunt. Johannis] contulimus, sub ea forma, ut tum nos, tum nostra posteritas semper unum ejusdem ordinis bene expeditum, quo et quando desideramus, habeamus capellanum, et vos [1. ejus] confratres s.
