Nouerit omnium fide- lium nostrorum tam presentium quam et futurorum industria, qualiter nos || pro amore Dei, precatui fra- tris nostri Brun diaconi obtemperantes, pro salute nostra, in elemosina eiusdem germani nostri, usibus fratrum Corbeiensis monasterii, in honore beatissimorum Christi martirum Stephani atque Viti construeti, proprietatis nostrae Centum XX. iugera cum XLIH. curtilibus locis in pago Hesse nominato, in uilla Rot- mereshusun dicta, in Osterbeun marca, in comitatu Allionis, hoc liberalitatis nostrae precepto Jure perenni in proprium donauimus, cum omnibus quae infra eandem proprietatem continentur utilitatibus, mobilibus et inmobilibus. Et ut haec nostrae regalis munificentiae concessio, in elemosina ante dicti germani fratris nostri, in prelibato loco Deo seruientibus inuiolabilis perpetualiter perduret manu nostra subtus illud fir mauimus et anuli nostri impressione corroborari iussimus.
