    INCIPIENTE anno dñi m° ce. octogesimo sexto, ita conue- nit inter Petrum de Dutton et Robertum le Mascy,* dños inferioris Waltou iu Haltonshir, ex una parte, et religiosos viros Abbatem et conuentum Loci Benedicti de Stanlawe, ex altera, vide licet, quod predicti Petrus et Robertus omnino p se et heredib3 suis seu assignatis remiserunt et quietuclamauerunt predictis viris religio- sis omnes querelas quas habuerunt aduersus eos usque ad illud tempus de aqua inter duo molendina dictorum virorum religiosorum apud grangiam su am de Acton dueta extra cursum suum antiquum, et de quadam via siue chacea inter gardinum siue ortum predicte grangie et antiquam clausuram inter dictum gardinum et Merse, ut dicebatur

Et ipsi et heredes sui dictum cursum aque, ut predictum est, et alia predicta, scilicet, gardinum siue ortum cum antiqua clausura, et illo paruo appropriamento, clausa omni tempore anni eisdem viris religiosis et successorib3 suis contra omnes gentes warantizabunt imppetuum.
