Noueritis me concessisse, remisisse, et omnino de me et heredib3 meis imppetuum quietuclamasse dño meo capitali dño Abbati et conuentui Loci Benedicti de Whalleye et eorum successorib3 totum ius meum quod habui vel aliquo modo habere potui nomine descensus hereditatis post decessum dicti Ade patris mei in qutt^dam mesuagijs in villa de Castelton que de se tenui in feodo.
