    C I A N T omnes tam presentes quam futuri quod ego Ricardus filius Ricardi de Thorneton dimisi et quietuclamaui et hac presenti carta mea confirmaui Abbati et conuentui Loci Benedicti de Stanlawe totam partem meam terre in Aikebergh quam tenui de ipso Abbate.
