Dilectis flliis,..1) abbati et fratribus de Zwiuil||dea, salutcm et apostolicam benedictionem. lustis peteulium desideriis dignum nos est facilem prebere con||sensum et vota que a rationis tramite non discordant eflectu pro- sequente complere. Eapropter, || dilecti in domino iilii, vestris iustis poslulationibus grato concurrentes assensu, ad exemplar felicis recordatiouis Celestiui pape, predecessoris uostri, ecclesiam de Zwiuildea, cuius fundus ad vos perlinere dinoscitur, et quam ex donatione Diethalmi, episcopi diocesani vestri, rationabiliter estis adepti, sicut earn iuste ac sine contro versia possidetis, auctoritate vobis apostólica confirmamus et presentís scripti patrocinio communimus. Decernimus ergo ut nulli omniuo hominum liceat liane paginam nostre con- firmationis infringere, vel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc attemplare presumpserit, indignationem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Pétri et Pauli aposlolorum eius se noverit incursurum.
