Eb Adalbert III. beurkundet auf ausdrückliche Bitte des Domkapitels, dass dieses die Hofstatt zunächst dem St. Johanns-Spital in Salzburg der Edlen Ita von Werfen auf Lebenszeit überlassen hat.
