    Nos Wernhardus dei gracia ecclesise Pataviensis episcopus dilectis in Christo fratribus venerabilibus dominis Christiano abbati et conventui monasterii S. Mariae in Cella angelorum suisque successoribus salutem in domino. Duas curias in Fronhoven et Schefberg per vos a Sifrido de Hugenperch per quinquaginta talenta et unum, iterum duo praedia sita apud sanctum Pancracium pro triginta duobus talentis, et unum predium in grub pro viginti octo talentis, iterum unum situm in Schassink pro viginti quatuor talentis comparata pro vobis et ecclesia vestra, cum illa sint propria ecclesisae nostrae Pataviensis et possessa sint a suis venditoribus titulo feudali, ratificamus et confirmamus vobis eatenus, si nos vel successores nostri illa a vobis redimere voluerimus pro pecunia, quam impendistis, prout superius est expressum, vos easdem possessiones recepta praenunciata pecunia vestra sine diminucione ecclesiae nostrae Pataviensis restituere debeatis. In cujus rei testimonium presentes damus literas nostro sigillo munitas, Datum Wiennoe anno domini M. tricentesimo secundo, IIII idus Marcii.
