Nos Wernhardus dei gracia ecclesiae Pataviensis episcopus presentibus confitemur, quod nos habita diligenti deliberatione presentibus venerabili abbate et priore et Ottone notario curiae nostrae et aliis ad hoc vocatis. pro testibus et rogatis, ecclesiae sanctae Mariae in Cella angelorum testamur et legamus ducentas marcas puri argenti wiennensis ponderis super domo Gundachari civis wiennensis sita in Wienna circa cimiterium sancti Stephani, et super vineis cujusdam Gundachari nobis insimul obligatis, prout instrumenta inde confecta dilucide protestantur, salvo nobis jure mutandi et renovandi, presentibus nostro sigillo roboratis. Datum Wilhering anno domini millesimo, trecentesimo tercio feria IV. post dominicam Esto.
