    [16. August 1606] XVI. Augusti Bartholomaeus Schlezer, qui viduam defuncti

    pharmacopoei ad signum aethiopis duxerat, supplicem libellum obtulit, petens

    admitti ad consuetum examen. Libellum itaque illius scripto H. inclusum sequenti

    die dominis doctoribus transmisi atque num examinatores excelso regimini pro

    confirmatione essent proponendi et denominandi, quaesivi.37

    Consenserunt omnes in supplicantis petitionem, major etiam pars, non opus esse

    ut examinatores regimini excelso proponantur, conclusit.

    Praesentibus itaque examinatoribus et tunc temporis officinarum visitatoribus, ex

    doctoribus D. Cuttigio, D. Pisellio, D. Panizott, ex pharmacopoeis domino Joanne

    Klelio et domino Joanne Reuttero praenominatus Schlezer die 28. Augusti in meis

    aedibus examinatus et quia satis commode ad interrogata responderat, unanimi

    dominorum examinatorum consensu approbatus fuit.

    Pro manuali operatione praesente me confecit syrupum de jujubis, pillulas sine

    quibus, emplastrum de meliloto et unguentum indum pectorale. Solvit facultati 5

    flor., pedello suum.
