Pfarrer Thomas zu St. Johann (am Pressen) und Jakob Mayr, Eberhard Wolschlocher und Lienhart Mayr im Bärental, Zechleute, bezeugen den Verkauf des Gutes genannt 'in Scrpan' im Altenhofer Amt an Hans Screpan, der davon der Kirche jährlich 7 Schilling Wiener Pfennige dienen soll.
