Bischof Ernst von Gurk protestiert durch seine Prokuratoren Petrus, Propst von Straßburg, und Nicolaus Speyser, Pfarrer von Meiselding, gegen seine Vorladung (bzw. den Termin) beim Landesfürsten, die Propst Johannes, Dechant Georius, Nicolaus Schenkh und das ganze Gurker Domkapitel angestrengt haben.
