Pfarrer Johann Hofer und die Zechleute der Pfarrkirche St. Johan zu Weitensfeld, die Weitensfelder Bürger Valentin Tomaschin, Gürtler, und Martin Vögele, Hutmacher,verleihen kaufrechtlich dem Hans Eger, Bader zu Weitensfeld, und dessen Frau Margarethe zum Aufbau der abgebrannten Kirche zwei Joch Bau im Nuesch und dreiviertel Joch unter der Grangliz im Hart-Feld.
