Tristand von Staudach zu Weillern vertauscht die Taberl-Hube am Berg, sonst im Retting genannt, in der Pfarre Metnitz und eine Hube am Perg, gelegen im Krappfeld, mit dem Propst Carl von Grimming, Dekan Ulrich Gseller und dem Kapitel zu Gurk gegen die beiden Haidner-Huben.
