Jacobus, Bischof Mothinensis (Modena ?), Angelus, Bischof Sulcitanus (Sulci ?), und Stephanus, Bischof Verriensis (?), verleihen allen Gläubigen, die an genannten Festtagen die Kirche St. Martin in Kirchbach besuchen etc., auf Bitten von Nicolaus, Nicolaus (?) und Jacobus einen 40-tägigen Ablass.
