Omnibus Christi fidelibus presentibus et futuris. percipientibus presens scriptum. Otto1) miseratione diuina Abbas, Hainricus Prior totusque Conuentus Monasterii sanctorum Marini et Aniani in Rot, Frisingensis dyocesis, Salutem in omnium Saluatore. Karitati vestre notum facimus quod exortationibus Reuerendi in Christo Patris domini Alberti2) venerabilis Episcopi Chyemensis Ecclesie inclinati matrimonio per Dimudem quondam filiam Hainrici in Hermanning, quam germanus suus nobis in Christo dilectus Vlricus Plebanus in Hova3) desponsare intendit Villico Chyemensis Episcopi, filio quondam Chunradi de Schenek et eodem contrahendo taliter consentimus quod pueri qui ex eodem matrimonio domino propitio propagantur cum Episcopatu Chyemensi et Monasterio nostro Rotensi diuidantur fideliter dolo et fraude qualibet omnino remota. In cuius rei testimonium et perpetuam memoriam dilecto Patri et domino nostro episcopo Chyemensi et Ecclesie sue damus presentes litteras sigillorum nostrorum et conventus nostri munimine roboratas.
