Margarethe die Stoitzendorferin verkauft dem Herzog Albrecht 14 Pfund Pfenning Geld Dienstes, als ein Lehen vom Herzog von Österreich, davon 7 Pfund 31 Pfenning zu Perchtoldsdorf auf 25 Höfen behausten Holden und auf überländischem Gut, Weingärten, Äckern, Krautgärten 6 Pfund 6 Schilling und 16 Pfenning liegen, um 150 Pfund Wiener Pfenning.
