Hertneid der Jeßnitzer und seine Frau Anna verkaufen ihr rechtes freies Eigen, das Gut in der Erlach bei der Jeßnitz, das Gut auf dem Ödlein, das Gut der Finsterrigl, die innere Mühl in der Glazhut in der Pfarre Scheibbs, um 25 Pfund Wiener Pfenning dem Herzog Albrecht für sein Kloster Gaming.
