Niklas der Chlämpfel zu Ober-Kritzendorf und seine Frau verkaufen mit Einwilligung des Priors zu Mauerbach als Grundherrn dem Kloster Gaming ihr Haus mit der Hofstatt dabei zu Ober-Kritzendorf, wovon man nach Mauerbach jährlich 2 Wiener Pfenning Grundrecht dient; Kaufpreis 18 Pfund Wiener Pfenning.
