Niklas der Wunderlich und seine Tochter Margarethe verkaufen dem Thomas Enser, Bürger zu Scheibbs, und seiner Frau ihren Hof zu Heperg in der Pfarre Purgstall, der ein Burgrecht des Klosters Gaming ist, um 71 Pfund Wiener Pfenning.
