Heinrich der Stark verkauft dem Peter Swerczlein und seiner Frau seinen Teil an einem Haus und Hofstatt mit Weingärten zu Ober-Kritzendorf, wovon man jährlich 8 Pfenning Grundrecht dient, um 47 Eimer Wein, die er erhalten hat.
