Ursula, Frau des Erhard Mistlbecker, Bürger zu Wien, verkauft dem Kloster Gaming 1/2 Joch Weingarten am Näsberg im Mitterberg, wovon man dem Stift Klosterneuburg jährlich 5/4 Wein Bergrecht und 3 Wiener Helbling Vogtrecht dient.
