Hans Dachauer, Hofmeister des Klosters Admont zu Krems, verkauft dem Prior Sigmund von Gaming und seinem Konvent seine Behausung zu Scheibbs mit dem Spindlerhaus und der Nadelstadt als sein väterliches Erbe.
