    Nos Eberhardus dei gratia Salzpurgensis archiepiscopus, a(postolice) s(edis) l(egatus), presenti cartula scire volumus universos, quod pro necessitatibus ecclesie nostre curias decimales Grauendorf, Loffelpach atque Hartperc domino Lutoldo de Stadeke obligavimus pro quinquaginta marcis argenti ponderis Frisacensis, ita ut quocumque anno nos aut nostros successores ante festum beati Iohannis baptiste pro ipsa summa pecunie curias solverimus memoratas, dominus Lutoldus suam solutionem recipiens nichil cum ipsis curiis aut fructibus earundem habeat ordinare, sed libere sicut prius ad ecclesiam revertantur.
