      Fridericus dei gracia dux Austrie et Stirie et dominus Carniole omnibus hanc litteram inspecturis imperpetuum. Quamvis tocius ecclesie teneamur intendere libertati, maxime tamen hiis particularibus ecclesiis, quas gracia speciali amplectimur et favore benivolenciam nostram impendere volumus fructuosam. Pateat igitur universis, quod nos capitulo maioris ecclesie Salzburgensis, cui pro multis receptis beneficiis tenemur in devotione operis respondere, hanc indulsimus libertatem, ut vinum suum et alia victualia, que sibi consueverunt in partibus Austrie provenire, tam per aquarum transitus quam per viarum districtus dominii nostri libere devehant ac deportent ita, quod nulla muta seu theloneum nullaque prorsus exactio, quocumque nomine censeatur, occasione vel pretextu illorum victualium requiratur. Et ut hec nostre libertatis donatio non possit ab aliquo in posterum irritari, presentem litteram in testimonium durabile canonicis ecclesie memorate porrigimus sigilli nostri karactarea) insignitam ad maiorem etiam concesse gratie firmitatem.
